This year’s SCCR Online International Conference- The Power of Reconnection - started yesterday morning (11th October) with a great session titled “Building Relationships That Protect and Heal “delivered by Karen Young of Hey Sigmund.
Karen managed to deliver simple messages when talking about complex relationship dynamics, a worthwhile session. We did record Karen’s presentation which means that you will be able to hear the highlights once it has been reviewed and processed for the SCCR website, so keep a look out for it.
I’ll leave you with one of the many worthy statements that stuck with me and something I will take away endeavouring to apply in my daily life.
